About Us

We started a business- and estate-liquidation business several years ago, and we truly love our jobs.  Over the years, the business grew in size from a small warehouse and a few hundred items, to a much larger warehouse and several thousand items. Throughout these years, many vehicles were also included and available in the estates and businesses we were working with or purchasing. However, to legally purchase vehicles for resale purposes, a DMV Dealer’s License is required.  After weighing the many hoops that had to be jumped through to obtain this vehicle retail (and wholesale) dealer’s license (going through the DMV licensing process, obtaining permits from the city, modifying our premises for code compliance, getting bonded, and much more) against the benefits of having a dealer’s license, we decided to proceed.  We never thought we’d be in the car business, and are not really “car people” per se, but it allows us to more comprehensively serve our customers, as well as increase our revenue and net profit, of course.  We can further live up to our claim of one-stop shopping for our customers and their every estate-liquidation and cleanout needs.

However, simply because we are not “car people”, does not mean we are new to or uneducated in regards to all aspects of vehicles and associated paperwork and DMV compliance issues. We have actually become complete pros in these arenas.  We can handle all aspects of the sale—from making sure you are getting the reliable car you are wanting, to completing all of the required paperwork to finalize the sale and registration—just like the big dealerships.

As corny as it may sound, we also like to ensure we know the vehicles we are selling.  We are not a high-volume dealer. We only purchase the vehicles we want to and know will provide the buyer with many trouble-free miles after the purchase. We often even name our vehicles, since we frequently have a maximum of ten cars on the lot.   Sometimes it’s more, and other times it’s less, but we are definitely a small dealer. Our primary business is our liquidation company, and the vehicle dealership is an a supplemental division of such. Because of this, we can price our vehicles very fairly. Our acquisition costs are low, and our overhead is covered in the most part by our main business, which is on the same property. We did not have to acquire another property and set of bills to open our car dealership. We are all under the same roof, and can pass these savings onto our vehicle-purchasing customers.

I am not claiming we have the lowest prices in town, but we will always be fair and fully transparent, selling you a good car that won’t let you down, and all for a very fair price.
